Lights, camera–Changing init level to–5, 6, 7–GO (you hypocrit)

So, it happened. I made a blog. After bashing emo LiveJournals and ridiculing computer-illiterate personal-site-publishers everywhere, my efforts have finally proven hypocritical. Film critics wish they were making movies, linux advocates do their gaming on WinXP, approximately 85% of homophobes wind up gay, and so another falls victim to human nature.

I guess I just needed time to come to grips with the reality that “blogging” is the future of personal websites. The ability to customize blog templates, access internal and external files, and modify posts with both an HTML editor and WYSIWYG editor makes the work of building a personal website from scratch unnecessary. There’s not much you would need to do with a personal site that you can’t do with a blog.

Anyway, enough of that. On to the postings. My plan is to organize posts into categories using prefixes in titles, each having some indirect reference to the post’s “type”. Some prefixes will be more vague than others, but I’m not going to explain the titles. If you don’t get some of them, at least similar posts have similar names.

Hope you like my multifarious ramblings.
